Clusters rich in aromas, with deep color and crunchy skin

Two cuvées

Standing between 1680 and 1800 meters above sea level, the vineyard of Ainata Reserve has the privilege to nestle in the reserve of juniper and thousand-year-old cedars of Lebanon.

The vineyard is spread over 12 hectares with a gravelly and clay-limestone soil. The constraints of the terroir make this grape rich in resveratrol and antocyanins. These conditions give strength, character and generosity to the wine.

The yield is 1500 liters of wine per hectare when the fox is clement.

Passion made visible.

Amid the clouds that float carelessly above the faraway village of Ainata lies an untold story. A secret that, until now, was shrouded in mystery and hidden from prying eyes. Deep beneath the scattered stones and unforgiving soil lie the roots of resilient vines, determined to defy the elements and climb towards the sun. Bearing a limited number of succulent, violet grapes, they are tended to by careful hands and gentle hearts. The next chapter of their story? Well, that lies with you.

CUVÉE 12

Meet the character, meet the passion.

Aged in oak barrels for 24 months, this deep, violet wine is a whimsical one. With an endless spectrum of flavour that evolves and changes with every sip, Ainata 24 made for a mysterious dinner companion. With deep-rooted origins in the mountains of the faraway Ainata village, the purple grapes have the immense altitude to credit for the wine’s intense and long-lasting taste.
