The Juniper,

resilient like the cedar, evergreen and ever tall, in the beautiful village of Ainata, all the way up north of Lebanon, floating at 1800 m high above the clouds. The vineyard located in the heart of Juniper reserve faces Baalbek, where the "God of wine", Bacchus, watches over the breeding soil from his home temple. safeguarding that land as his very own, The Gods favor this promising piece of land.

The grapes are a living proof of generosity.  The precious vineyard grows a daring fruit from a stubborn ground, hard to nurture but rich in the result. It is defiant, but promising and powerful. It is passionately cultivated with the certainty of a glorious outcome. It endured the harshest weathers; Thick white coat to rest by and heavy summer glare to jewel by, and always accompanied by continuous wind flow.
